Côn Đảo is the name for this archipelago, but the largest of the 16 islands, the one where you’ll be spending most of your time, is named Côn Sơn. It’s a mountainous island with approximately 5,000 residents, where life moves slowly and everything revolves around the sea. Access is restricted for much of the island – as well as the other, smaller islands – but it’s fairly easy to arrange trips.
